I pronounce it as neesh but I've gotten used to hearing nitch so I may sometimes use that one as well :p
There isn't a for sure way in saying it because nitch is the American pronunciation
This sort of reminds me of how to pronounce shone
Is it pronounced as 'shawn' (gone)
or 'shown' (bone)
