RPCS3, The DX12 PS3 emu can now almost play some games perfect! (Including Disgaea 4!).

But Vita can't run it right. Loads of lags when there are more than 12-14 units on the map.

Well if we are speaking in technical terms then yes it can run it. Whether you want to play it or but is entirely up to the user. I guess disgaeas saving grace would be that high fps isnt necessary given the style of game and probably due to the nature of the port and the relatively small budget id imagine its not fully optimised.
