Konami already recruiting for new Metal Gear game

new blood can be refreshing but not when it's all from the bottom of the totem pole

I doubt many experienced designers are going to be headed to Konami now, they've screwed themselves

How many big game development companies are there? Being a game designer for big budget games is a hard field to get into. I'm sure many people will apply. People need a way in and people will take advantage of this. Sure they can always go for inde development. There are probably quite a few people that want to show they can be as good as Kojima.
