except no good software developers are going to apply to join the Konami Metal Gear team after hearing all of these nightmareish things about being employed there
new blood can be refreshing but not when it's all from the bottom of the totem pole
I doubt many experienced designers are going to be headed to Konami now, they've screwed themselves
