Too much bad going in both directions.
MS wouldn't want to touch konami. especially with the way the gaming audience looks at kobami now.
Konami wouldn't want to tie a potentially good selling game to MS, being that they can (like everyone else) see what happened with tomb raider and that they of all people know where the core user base for an MGS game resides.
