There are lots of colours in the game, i'll try to find some pics. Plus its not earth, and this is a Miliatry industrial area you are fighting in from what i see in the video. Plus we have only seen two levels from the game. I'm sure there will be lots of more colourful area's later in the game.
Sure the game won't look like this, but i think the levels shown so far have a nice feel to them.
