@Viper1, And PS3 with Wii were launched in November 2006,

but ON MAIN PAGE you see x360 sales of (Japan = 122 months) + (America = 126 months) + (Euro = 125 months)
compared to PS3 sales of (Japan = 78 months) + (America = 77 months) + (Euro = 58 months).
And it`s ok, Even if PS3 was launched later in Europe?
In other words you CAN`T compare PS3 sales with wii or x360 because PS3 was selling less months in Europe.

About PS2 and PS3.
By the middle of March 2007 PS3 in others after (4 month) sold 30k.
You see? Month doesn`t matter in reality.
That why PS3 = 21,518,652 / 73 months doesn`t show the real picture.

Well duh.  The main page is about the console sales individually.  The main page is not a comparison chart as you are making it out to be.

As for comparing sales of PS3/Wii and X360, I think you'll find most of use a differnt metric than total sales anyway.  We use something that is logically comparable such as time frames,  territorial breakdowns, etc...  I don't think any of us simply look at X360 at 19 million and PS3 at 12 million and instantly proclaim X360 is the better selling system.  We look at more specific detailsuch as averages over time to comapre with

But it's apparent you aren't going to understand or will intentionally ingore this.

EDIT: @John Doe.  I get that actually and admitted at the end of my post that a weekly sales comaprison is valid provided he udnerstand certain things.  I posted what I did in context to what he posted recently and not directly at the point of the thread.
