All games you mentioned have serious flaws as well and serious bugs on top. Xenoblade X plays easily in the same league as these games in terms of quality.

But XCX is not as mainstream and more complex as Fallout or Witcher and it is always hard for a niche game to be recognized by mainstream media.

I don't think XCX is a complex game. I think it seems complex because of how badly the user interface was designed. As for the flaws, I haven't played Fallout 4, but I didn't find many flaws in The Witcher 3. It has some bugs and glitches, but none of them were game breaking. I can't think of a single flaw that affected my enjoyement of the game, as opposed to XCX.

I don't know, I've played the three games and XCX seems by miles the more complex. Just the variety of weapons and armors, the class system, the variety of NPCs, each one with his own special habilities, you have lots of posibililities of combining arts... I don't know what's wrong with tue UI (except the font size, ugh), but it's fairly good for using arts.
