Would be a tough contest for me but honestly Xenoblade Chronicles X. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Bethesda fan. But having played neither, all I can say is that from what I have seen and heard there are a lot of changes to Fallout 4 that really don't sit well with me and the writing over at BGS has not gotten much better since Skyrim. Nearly everything I have seen of Xenoblade Chronicles X appeals to me and I like all but one of the characters from what I have seen (the non-sequitor comedy character can go burn in the fires of Cauldros for all I care).
