How many prisoners do you think China has where they don't notify the international census though? How many people in other countries would just be outright killed for something they get thrown in jail for in the US?
Though still a lot of people do get thrown in jail for BS things as well.As for the murder rates. I assume that has to do with the fact that America has the biggest "gap" in the first world when it comes to distribution of wealth.
How many murders go unreported in places that don't have the means to report them, and instead just list them as "missing" or "moved on".
Or just don't get reported because of state sponsered genocide.
