How? There has always been been major issues this time of year since the systems started their online infrastructures. PS always has bigger issues since their network is still being matured and isn't a dedicated server company or software company like M$. You also have to remember they are in it for a profit. Could you imagine the amount of money they would have to spend putting more servers online for the estimated amount of traffic they COULD recieve and the short amount of time they would be needed.. Don't forget day one patches are now a bigger thing on both consoles as well as a larger amount of user communication between friends and people that have the time to play their games and it being a holiday that most have off around the world throghout a 24hr period.
