Who thinks the Wii is directly competing with 360/PS3 and why ?

To the media it's the same story. When reporting on the videogame-market and sales for instance they will always compare the main three boxes.

You see it here aswell. If the Wii wasn't directly competing, VGchartz would have a whole different section for the Wii.

 

You opinion is based on the interpritations other people , try justify your opinion with your own reasoning.

 Use of authority is a perfectly valid means of debate. If everyone involved in the industry says they are competing, odds are there is a reason.
