You seem to have forgotten that for the last several thousands of years, women have been relegated to the role of 'domestic engineer' because of their ability to reproduce while men have been allowed to establish a dominant presence in almost every industry. That's why more men have founded and built up companies. It's not because women don't work as hard or are less intelligent.

It's going to take a little longer than a couple generations for women to catch up to the achievements of their male counterparts, especially when they have to penetrate already male-dominated industries, so comparing their accomplishments in society and using it a testament to the notion that males are superior workers is a bit unfair to say the least.

You seem to have a lot of disdain towards and no respect for women, judging by your posts, making you no better than the 'man-hating' women who lump all males together as chauvinistic oppressors. No one should treat anyone as a lesser for what amounts to a biological coin flip.

if men and women are equal, how were men able to establish a dominance hierarchy with themselves at the top?

The answer is right there in the first paragraph you're quoting...

Men and women aren't equal biologically speaking, duh. Different roles evolved from when humans lived in caves. That doesn't mean those ancient roles are still relevant to modern society. Contrary, nowadays language and management skills are very good qualities to have outside the cave.
