Lol what? Yes IQ slightly favors men on average, work ethic where do you get that from? Quite the opposite
They say in the reports: Women tend to work harder. Women with the same IQ as men achieve more "possibly because they are more conscientious and better adapted to sustained periods of hard work.

Who is assigning blame to men for having a alightly higher iq on average. Does that excuse their privileges?
Not that those lists are much better than the one in the op, yet justifying a male dominated world on a 3 to 5 point higher iq average?

However, when rated by their direct reports, these same male and female executives were rated as similarly innovative in their thinking.
