Male advantages are biological (generally being taller, faster, stronger, no periods, no childbirth). There are no rights that men have that women don't. Of course men do better in buissness and dominate higher paid professions because men have a superior work ethic and there are far more men with extremely high IQ's than women, so men found and build companies and invent almost everything. It's not the fault of men that they're more creative and produce more geniuses, that is the result of evolution.
