Turn based can be kinda fun, but it's definitely my least favorite battle system, and i find it kind of dull. I tend to tolerate battles in turn based games, whereas with action RPGs i look forward to them.
I love TBS's, though. Somehow when you add a grid things just get so much more exciting.
