Edit: Final Fantasy series and Disgaea 1 are the only games I would triple or quad dip - all others maxed at double dip.

I've tripled dipped on gta 5, retail ps3, digital ps3 and digital ps4. Some titles really deserve it and disgaea is definitely one of them!
