It wont be episodic, it will be multiple fully sized games. Think a movie or a book trilogy, its the same idea, the whole tale is composed of mulitple entrys, however each entry is its own thing.

Square never said the word "Episodic", they said it was gona be a "multi-part release", its everyone else who associated that with Telltales model.
