He can say whatever the fuck he wants as long as it's not a threat on someone's life. He didn't say "I want to kill all Muslims". He said something along the lines of "we shouldn't let anymore Muslims into the country". How the actual flying fuck is he not allowed to say that? 

Technically, if what he says is determined to be slanderous, libelous, or treasonous, he has violated his 1st Amendment Rights protections.
