You don't own what's on the disk at the end of the day and you cannot change a read only disk at that, the ability to sell is something that doesn't really exist with POC gaming these days and hardly existed much back then due to how serial keys work with the platform and still do to this day. I have ownership of my games from my clients anyway that can be played offline and I also purchase fully digital DRM free games as well. At the end of the day physical is not the end all to be all.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
