This is terrible news for those who wish to purchase these games locally on console rather than having to import or buy them on PC.
This social coercion bullshit we see that effectively bans and/or censors games by forcing publishers to rethink what games they release in the west is bullshit. Publishiers/Devs take this coersion seriously because they just want to avoid the shit storm that these vocal minority will generate, a minority that aren't the fans and who aren't buying these games yet affect their sales because of negative publicity.
How do I know they aren't fans, because it would be like someone buying hardcore porn and complaining their is too much sex....what did they expect when they bought a hardcore porn? it goes the same for these type of games, hence them not being fans nor the target audience.
Fucking let adults buy what ever games they like, for those that don't like them, they can vote with their wallets and buy what ever games suites that prudish ways.
