Ok so I kinda borked my PC last night when I tried the EZ wizard to adjust my DRAM on my bios, needless to say my rig wouldn't start up and kept shutting down =B. In the end I had a US friend who's retired from the military and now spends his time building rigs for friends and folk in general with his free time, he's helped me construct a good build for those new to PC gaming with two builds in total, one in GBP and the other in USD:

Both just about go over the £$400 limit but it's what it is for entry level, the builds you guys have so far could easily count for entry/mid level and I wouldn't think we need to create enthusiast builds just yet (don't wanna scare off newbs to high price points =P).
