Men's issues are often given a lot less attention than their female equivalents (education being a notable example), but i don't really see how this list proves we've 'overshot' equality. All it really proves is that there are male specific issues, and that's never really been in debate. Even to that end it's not a very good list. A lot of the entries are... questionable :p
