Annoying issue starts at 1:45.

From the video preview pic I thought it would be those damn stairs to the top of the Shinra Building. But that part is somewhat annoying as well.

The Shinra HQ stairs part is actually great. 

You can find one the best weapons of the game there, Barret's ultimate weapon, if he's in your party. 

Plus, the dialogue is funny.
