I can find Rogue Galaxy a bit cheaper, but yeah, nowhere near 15 bucks.  Maybe my American friends can find it for 15 bucks USD, I don't know.  But the fact is, I can get it digitally for 15 dollars Canadian, with superior rendering.  Versus the minimum 30 dollars used on eBay.
