And no, what I said is indeed a fact, Nintendo has always donde this, with or without competition, because or the most part they keep selling for a long time, and they keep that model for all their games, because even if a 20% does not have legs, the other 80% have.

The sales dont back your claim. What wii u games that are out a long time are selling well that can justify the absurd price? splatoon, mario kart 8, yoshi, mario 3d and smash.
That's 5 games. FIVE.
There are so many wii u games that are old and either always sold like crap or are selling like crap now because they're old.
Yet Nintendo refuses to drop the price and rip off or deter any late comers to the system.
