Someone's implying the X360 attempted to kill Japanese devs aren they?

or hes implying the ps3 killed japanse devs because it started slow and had diffifult technology to work with? No, that could not be possible it has to be a jab at microsoft? sigh.

As of lately, the mood seems to be very anti Xbox in gaming sites... people seem to complain that Nintendo should be where they are and made it sound like last gen was a disaster for Japanese devs because the Xbox 360 was on a roll...

I am not ok with the idea of one company not having to compete by having a monopoly of the market, if that's what you're implying... I literally played the underdog team during the 6th gen for the same reasons I am this one...

So you choose your platform not by the games you want to play but by avoiding the games and choosing the worst seller of the gen? Crazy, and them complain that game X or Y don't reach your platform?

No. While I do feel sad if they do not arrive, I don't complain when they do not reach my platform. I am one of those "better to lack an arm than use a fake one" people...

Im not implying anything.

Im directly saying that Japanese developers fucked up by banking on the Xbox 360 when the platform was DoA in Japan and the fanbases for JP games are historically with Nintendo and PlayStation platforms. Early Gen 7 saw several big name JP games miss both Wii and PS3, which were the go-to platforms in Japan (and in Wiis case, Worldwide). This led to underwhelming, poor sales for numerous big names and new IPs.

So you're saying it to my face then...

I really feel this is unwarranted. The reason the Xbox name has never sold in Japan has been because it has never been associated with JRPGs. This association would be easy to create if the Xbox consoles had a sizable catalog of Japanese LAUNCH titles since people would know that they are being served...

You said you choose the loser on purpose, that is what I don't get. And what you have against protestic people?
