The link says otherwise and this is not true. While it's true that Mexico and Brazil overshadow all other countries, that only breaks down the charts. Europe itself shuns the XONE but it is still selling decently. It is not as widespread, but sales grow regardless. It is the same for Latin America...

The Entire Year until Xmas Xbox one, official price was 1200US$, and could be find for 750-800US$ the Playstation 4, Official Price was 1800US$, and could be find for 600US$ sometimes even Less, the Numbers of Consoles that Came from USA, Uk, or Even Mexico, are not take into account for the Statistics of Microsoft's Sales, Majority of the Players from Both Sides buy Consoles from Un-Official Sources that Are Impossible for Microsoft to take it into Account.
i Live in Brazil, i Know what are the People's Tastes, and i Know that the Playstation Brand is Very Popular, and the Xbox's Brand is NonExistent for the Majority of the People, also Because i Live Here i Know wich Console is more Popular, from 200 Youtubers Playing Video Games here on Brazil, you will be Lucky if find more than 2 Playing Multiplataform games on Xbox One, so in the Brazil have over 45% of the Market Share of Latin America, Mexico have something like 45%,.
