Yeah like that, our gov is composed of members of the house of keys though so we have an exlected member from each town on our island who all come together to make unanimous decisions, mostly towards an event called Tynwald day. Also we apparently have the 2nd oldest parliment in the world:

"Iceland is generally held to be the oldest Parliament, starting in 930. The oldest continuous Parliament is the Tynwald (Isle of Man), which started in 979, although its roots go further back."
