Microsoft, Sony and all the Big third party publishers need to follow Nintendo's route in regards to content claiming especially on youtube. There is way too much money being left on the table for them not to. Can you imagine if Microsoft content claim Minecraft? They will make millions over night. There will still be people willing to stream their games regardless no matter what. And the big youtubers like Angry Joe will still have to cover their games because if they don't they will lose a huge audience. Since Angry Joe won't cover Nintendo games anymore you know there will be someone who is still willing to cover it and thus steal a huge audience from Angry Joe.
I am speaking from a business stand point.
