Yeah it is dude... I'm suprised I have to defend that statement. Destiny cost 500 million to make. GTA5 300 million. Are you going to put all 3 in the same category as "big budget" games?

That's a bad example....MGSV cost $80 million to make. Does that make it a low budget game? Ni No Kuni had like 2 hours worth of cutscenes that were hand drawn by Studio Ghibli...I wouldn't call that low budget.
