There was an interview after the keynote where they said it would beva mix of both real time and the classic system. I don't think they will go more precise than that out of fear of angering each faction. But atm what i see they showed is an evolved ATB system that makes turn-based something you hardly notice. I guess its a bit like Xenoblade.
