So know we know that even if something says "console debut" it could still be a full time exclusive. Meaning FF7R could very well be a full 100% PS4 exclusive by this logic.  

Alternatively, it could mean that it's a PS4 exclusive unless Nintendo pays them A LOT of money to put it on NX.
