No thanks. I already donated to Camelot Unchained years ago and am getting a little worried about its development.

You might notice that I didn't give a single link to the site (with it's inevitable "pledge now" and "early access") but preferred Wikis, YouTube and such. Also, out of 100k registered supporters, maybe 25k actually gave money, that's not necessary.

Camelot Unchained is actually No1 on my list, and I'd say it's coming along nicely. But, before Beta 1 and NDA drop with streams and videos coming (sometime Q1 2016), there is not much happening, at least not much that I might show or say without breaking the NDA; I guess people would like to see bit more than concept art and screenshots.

Let's just say that there will be LOTS of visual improvements compared to those (already ancient) videos on the site, you won't reckognise the game once you see it. Meantime, here are newly revealed CU classes (only the Assassins are missing, the reveal stream is tonight) and here is couple images from recent newsletter.

Well, yeah. It's been two years. Can we at least see something substantial? I understand NDA and all that, but I actually forgot that I pledged for the game and remembered again several months later. That shouldn't happen.

I agree, in an ideal world we would be able to see lots of videos and streams by now; Unfortunately, I doubt general audience would care much about technical details such as next gen procedural generation/building/destruction or the engine being able to handle 2000 (!) players in a small area and so on, as long as models are low poly/texture on a barren map - and that's exactly what they are adressing for more than half a year already.

Mark is good with hyping stuff, If you remember all the CU "noise" around Kickstarter, just currently they are keeping low profile on purpose untill NDA drops in couple months, and they want to be very well prepared for that.
