Just Cause 3 on console

I have a ps4, so that would be the version that I'd get. I do welcome input from any Xbox users As well

I wanted to know if the game is As "unplayable" as some reviewers have said. It looks like so much fun, I really want to get it. What kind of experiences have you guys had with it?
