Honestly, just paragraph it and get rid of commas. Only put commas in for lists, direct addresses, and tag questions. It makes it easier.

Kimi wa ne tashika ni ano toki watashi no soba ni ita

Itsudatte itsudatte itsudatte

Sugu yoko de waratteita

Nakushitemo torimodosu kimi wo
