It was all bad business from Microsoft, Square Enix and crystal dynamics. First and foremost it should of never been a timed exclusive for XboxOne, tomb raider has always sold best on Sony consoles. Secondly they shouldn't of been so stupid and smug releasing the same time as Fallout4 they simply set the game up for low sales straight off the mark by doing that. They should of swallowed their pride and delayed it. Fallout sold over 5 million its first week, 5 million! I think your safe to say there was around at least 500,000 gamers in that bunch who would of probably bought ROTR if it wasn't a choice between that and fallout 4. I really don't know what they were thinking. Tomb Raider is a great franchise and it was great to see a brilliant reboot but they fucked up here. I just hope the damage isn't done and that ps4 gamers do give it a try in a year, but it's asking a lot now I think, gamers can be stubburn. Personally I can't wait for it and will buy it day one when its released on ps4.
