XBox 360 will get new graphics card for Summer.

This and exclusives might help them pick up the pace. Only thing holding down 360's reputation is RRoD.

i think that without RRoD 1 year head start would have been almost impossible for PS3 to recover.

 

X360 is still held down by RRoD (i still haven't bought one for this reason) and 1 Billion dollars invested by MS to extend warranty surely didn't help MS to fight the "price war" more aggressively. Without RRoD probably by now x360 would cost 199$...

 Not quite, but I get the point. The fact is that MS could've gained a much bigger profit if not for RRoD. Who knows it may have got back what they have lost with the original xbox.
