A best selling console can have a variety of variables. Price, launch date, adoption, etc.
............and finally the best selling console is not always the most powerful, again I use the Wii as an example.
My Console of choice is Xbox One. You choose what you like.

1) Look this is a fact: You like the Xbox One more than the PS4. No one can prove you don't, you aren't wrong.
2) Also fact: The PS4 is twice as strong as the X1, has more games, has on average higher reviewed games, and will sell over twice as well as the X1. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE #1! But objectively speaking the PS4 is the better console by every measurable metric.
Prediction for console Lifetime sales:
Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m
I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.
