also remember these guys are indies. they probably don't write code half as optimized as a naughty dog or nintendo. clearly this style of game could be made on a wiiU but that doesn't mean these guys can write code efficient enough to work on the wiiU.
hell, the wiiU is suppose to be kind of hard to program. as a guy that works in software i promise you,.. it is reallly, really easy to program your code in a way that make certain platforms technically impossible without restarting the entire project from scratch when you don't start the project with the platform in mind.
