Considering there are 320 million people in the U.S and that the majority of those mass shootings are not mass murder(or even murder at all), the statistic isn't that bad to be honest. Most of the cited mass shootings are gang warfare over drug usage. This could be resolved by decriminalizing all drugs. Once that happens, then we can compare Europe and the U.S.
