Why are you wasting so much money? A powerful power PC that can do every thing you want should only cost $2500-3000. You are simply wasting money on new technologies that will depreciate by more then half their value in a year from now.
Personally, I wouldn't spend more then $2000 on the PC and $1000 on monitors.
