At this price range you should just be going with a modded prebuilt. I wouldn't trust you to build it yourself anyway since you seem to have no clue about the parts anyway.
You can have a triple SLI setup that will run most games 4k60fps for 4000 everything above that is the prebuilt and modding fee.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
