Extremists and terrorists the world over will latch onto something and use it to get their way. We've seen police do it, military do it, scientists do it, teachers do it and the list goes on. The reason why we never solve these issues is simple, we like pointing the finger at something instead of acknowledging we as humans are destructive, competitive, greedy, selfish and ultimately the our own biggest enemy. Hell, as a species we are destroying the very planet we live on, killing animals making them extinct and even eating up natural resources like there is no tomorrow. |
