I haven't played FF7 since I was 12, which is 17 years ago, so pardon my language, but does the list include beating the huge monster in the desert and the other one in the water? You know, the ones that are impossible? Because that's how I felt when I tried them

Indeed it does. Those weren't too bad when I beat them around 9 years ago with a guide. In fact I'd done most of the list though not all the limit breaks, not the date with Barrett though I wanted it but noticed too late. The max level and gil and probably one of the mini games.

Ok, I hope it comes out on Vita too. I don't really feel like spending 100h with a PS1 game on a 4k curved TV
