If it were the first time they showed any bias towards the PS3, then I might agree, but it's not, that site needs to be shut down.

 

Saying the site should be shut down is stupid. Gametrailers has the best and biggest videos compared to other sites. You can hate their reviews and comparisons and consider them biased, but it's still the best place to watch new trailers and gameplay videos.

 They should definitely be sued.  Misrepresentation of that sort, continuous, which could have effects on sales trends, can be grounds for ahem..equitable redistribution of wealth.
