You do have to wonder why they're being so ambiguous this year when last year and the year before they were direct and to the point.


In 2013 and 2014 they looked like a normal research publication. Pretty graphs, stats all clearly laid out with market share and retailer distribution. This year it sounds a lot like bad PR. Specific stats that weren't previously given, downplaying console sales (games trumps consoles)..and the expressions used. 

@riecsou I always said X1 would take Target and Walmart. It was pretty obvious.

And that's not even true. Bundled consoles + standalone consoles = 47%, games alone = 44%. People buy bundles for the hardware more than the software.
