Judging by some of the reviews translated earlier in this thread I'm willing to bet that it's mainly people who just don't like the 3DS for its graphics or whatever. But really what are you going to do?
In Japan the 3DS has sold around 19 million (last I checked) which vastly outnumbers any of the other systems. Of course Capcom are going to go with that system in instead investing in the others.
