In my opinion, the new Tomb Raider are titles objectively better than Uncharted and Far Cry.

If you state that something is your opinion, it cannot be subjective... Then it would not be an opinion, but a matter of fact...

either way you are neither right n your opinion, nor in the use of the therm subjective.

to begin, all three games/series discussed here are really liked, by me and many others... But overall uncharted is the better one, espacially 2&3... The simple pickup and play nature of their gameplay is refreshing among all those games where you level up so much that encounters tend to loose meaning by the end (this is especially true in the far cry titles, by the end you can walk around with a long range sniper equipped with a silencer and some very powerful rocket launcher + a very high firing rate automatic, silent rifle.. Taking bases become a joke :-/ and you can spend so much time doing the side quest that the thin story loose its purpose... Thomb Raider is again an Uncharted game where you level up and craft, while playing a much worse story :-/

leveling up or crafting should not be in all action/adventure games, at least not too much... To those who say it brings "depth" I say, depth is in gameplay mecanics, and how differently you can approach each situation, a le eling system and constant weapons do nothing for it! (Not saying this is bad, just that it does not belong in every games) and this is pretty old, people should not call the inclusion of rpg elements innovation. When we had them in 8-bit action games (river city ransom) and many old arcade titles!!!
