The underwater submarine has one of the enemies that give the most EXP to that point, but that monster doesn't appear that frequently, so I opt for the bugs in the Mideel forest. I suppose it is a matter of preference.
I mastered Knights of Round in two playthroughs. lol It takes a lot of time indeed. But I think leveling everyone to 99 takes even more time.
The tophy says "Obtain the Master Summon" materia so I suppose you do get that trophy by trading in the Earth Harp.
